On May 20, 2024, the REDX project announced the launch of its teaser site and official account on X (formerly known as Twitter). REDX is an upcoming cryptocurrency project set to commence in the fall of 2024. The project is spearheaded by Ceg Inc., which issues and manages REDX.

With the vision “Build Bridges of Enthusiasm Across the Globe,” REDX will launch from the iconic Tokyo Tower in Japan. By integrating both the “Creation” and “Enjoyment” of entertainment content, REDX aims to establish a new entertainment economic sphere where the cryptocurrency REDX will circulate.

In the “Creation” aspect, REDX will enable fans to co-create new entertainment events and content through initiatives like crowdfunding using REDX. In the “Enjoyment” aspect, the project will leverage the existing RED° TOKYO TOWER to offer places where people can enjoy entertainment events and content using REDX, not only in Japan but also in various locations across Asia and beyond. The aim is to expand these venues both offline and online globally.
